What to expect during Healing Touch therapy
After a mini health consult is complete and the appropriate healing therapy is chosen, you will be invited to take a seat or rest upon the message table in a calming and private setting. Soft music will be playing, an eye mask and covers will be offered, and you only need to recline and relax. Let us use our practiced skills to assist with relaxation, using nurturing, heart-centered energy therapy. Gentle and intentional touch is used to help decrease anxiety, reduce stress, improve mood, well-being, and sleep. This holistic, therapeutic intervention compliments current medical practices to restore balance and harmony to the bioenergetic field.
What to do before a session
Very little preparation is needed for a Healing Touch therapy session. Bring a water bottle, wear comfortable clothing, and be prepared to 'disconnect from tech'. We request electronic devices are silenced to help foster a calm, relaxing environment. Please allow for 45-60 minutes for the session. Healing Touch cannot be rushed or abbreviated. Doing so might affect therapy outcomes.
What to do after a session
Directly after the session is complete, you may feel deep relaxation. During this time, please wait for the assistance of the practitioner to help reorient yourself, sit up properly, and rehydrate.
